Who is Krista?
 

Krista had the unique opportunity to grow up experiencing the best of both worlds—spending part of her life in Henrico County and the other along the Rappahannock River in Lancaster County. This blend of suburban and waterfront living shaped her deep appreciation for home, lifestyle, and community. Today, life has come full circle. Alongside her husband, Jason Robb, she resides in Hanover, Virginia, where they are raising their two boys, Lane and Jake along with their pup, Abby.

As a former K–12 educator, Krista brings a thoughtful, client-centered approach to real estate, grounded in making sure every client feels seen, heard, and truly understood throughout each step of the process. Her background has shaped the skills her clients value most—strong organization, clear communication, and a keen attention to detail—allowing her to guide them with confidence and care from start to finish.

Known for her approachable style and genuine relationships, Krista treats her clients like friends—and her friends like family. She takes pride in being a trusted resource not just during the transaction, but long after closing—whether it’s connecting clients with reliable local vendors, sharing helpful home tips, or simply staying in touch.

In her spare time, Krista enjoys spending summer days at her childhood river home, where she loves fishing, water sports, and supporting all things local. Her favorite getaways include Hilton Head, SC and cruising to the Caribbean.

She also enjoys hosting gatherings, repurposing furniture, gardening, and cheering on her kids at their sporting events.
